Posting of Fixed Asset Acquisition

Example:

For posting of fixed asset acquisition you enter the following data:

• We select a filter for entry type 1 - Acquisition (a record with this type of entry MUST be entered prior to this or else the posting is not possible).

• We select typical data used in journal entry creation or rather in appending the post to the existing one (as in the right mouse click menu in posting of status item).

The program then offers all active fixed assets where the last entered record is a posting of acquisition (type 1) which has not been posted yet together with the following data:

• inventory number
• name
• date of the last status item
• amount to be posted (acquisition value - value adjustment)
• entry type (according to the selected filter)
• S - selected (marked whether you want to post the item ot not). You can select fixed assets for posting by marking  their checkbox.

By clicking the Post button you can post the selected fixed assets by the selected entry type.

Error list returns fixed assets the posting of which is not successful due to the missing account settings.
