Tax Groups

When renting the Pantheon RC license, you can edit and add to the register of tax groups through the back office. You can find the user manual for the Pantheon RC office and editing tax groups at Pantheon RC Back Office – Tax Groups.

This is where you can manage tax rates bound to a specific tax. When you purchase the application, some of the tax groups are already preset. You can update them by pressing the Data synchronizing (Download) button.
You can add new tax groups by pressing 
:
- Group name
- ID – IDs are generated Automatically. The ID includes the first letter and 5 numbers that are added automatically when you set the first letter of the ID (e.g. G00019).
- Active – Off/On (turn off/turn on)
- VAT rate (VAT rates applicable in your country)

ID – Generating tax group IDs automatically. The tax group ID is obligatory information. It is made up of the first letter of the tax and 5 numbers that are added automatically when you set the first letter of the ID (e.g. G00019).

The parameter for setting tax groups is Tax rate. Before creating a new tax group, check if you've set up the appropriate tax rates.
