Create a Prepayment

With this function, you can create a prepayment directly from a journal entry. The program will take into account the data from the journal entry, which is the basis for the prepayment, when creating the prepayment header. The program will determine the prepayment amount based on the debit or credit amount in the journal entry line.

Expected delivery date	Enter or select the expected delivery date of the prepayment.
Prepayment date	Enter or select the prepayment date, which will be in the header of the created prepayment.
Document type	Select the document type, where you want to create the prepayment.
Item	Select the item, which will be inserted into the line of the created prepayment.
Use date from journal entry period	If this parameter is selected, the dates in the prepayment form will automatically fill out as the period from the header of the journal entry.
	Create the prepayment by clicking on this button.
	Close the form by clicking on this button.
