Items Settings

If user wants to and and edit animals, crops, materials and tasks in Pantheon Farming, he has to insert them in items. Some of them have to be set in right manner so they will be accessible in correct area.

Obligatory information to insert an item are ID, Item Type and VAT (marked with red) other information important for Farming age marked wih orange. More information about individual field can be viewed on items.

The best way to create new item is to search for item that works in requested area (for instance cattle breeds) and use Copy Record function. If some of the items is missing in a codebook it should me manually added to database.

Cattle breeds

• Primary Category: CA - Cattle; BF - Buffaloes
• Serial Number Tracking: S - One S/N is One Piece
• Item Type: 903 - Cattle
• VAT: country specific
• Primary U/M: PCS

Sheep and Goat breeds

• Primary Category: SHEEP - Sheep; GOAT - Goat
• Serial Number Tracking: S - One S/N is One Piece
• Item Type: 905 - Small cattle
• VAT: country specific
• Primary U/M: PCS

Pigs breeds

• Primary Category: PIG - Pig
• Serial Number Tracking: S - One S/N is One Piece
• Item Type: 906 - Pig
• VAT: country specific
• Primary U/M: PCS

Breeds for fattening pigs

• Primary Category: PIG - Pig
• Serial Number Tracking: K - One S/N is Multiple Piece (batch)
• Item Type: 906 - Pig
• VAT: country specific
• Primary U/M: PCS

Horse breeds

• Primary Category: DN - Donkeys; EQO - Equine, other; HRS - Horses;
• Serial Number Tracking: S - One S/N is One Piece
• Item Type: 915 - Horses

• Serial Number Tracking: K - One S/N is Multiple Piece (batch)

We can also import Items from web service. We click on button import/export . When we click on this button program opens

On click on one of imports program open mask for import items.
