Import Data

Import Data tool imports data from Excel file to ZEUS Planning Finance.

Please use following steps:

1. Before import, main planning table (lines and periods) must be set as needed.
   
   Example:
   
2. We prepare/set data in Excel.
   
    
3. In Excel data (incl. headers) should be selected (see the picture); the easiest way is to use Select all (CTRL+A) and then Copy (CTRL+C).
   
   
   
    
4. In main table of Planning first line should be selected (or line from which on data should be pasted); then we use Paste from Excel in Wizards menu.
   
   
   
   
   
    
5. In confirmation window we decide whether (possible) existing data should be overwritten or not.
   
   
   
    
6. After confirmation data will be pasted.
