Edit Working Order
Work order form is divided into 7 parts:

1. Navigator
Selection of already entered work order is possible by left-right arrow or by search filter by Key (No. of work order), Product (defined in Items) or Description.

Deleting of work orders could be performed only in cases where no realization was carried out (in progress, Stated May 2017) |

, an empty header display to enter data about product.

2. Header with main information about PRODUCT
Creating new work order needs information to which Ident/Product/Expert model work order is assigned. If you want to create work order by help of expert model version a selection of expert model version is mandatory.

In case you want to create work order on the base of predefined task recorded within expert model version, selection of expert model version is needed
a) Changing of expert model version
If you change expert model version a note is displayed:

Selecting:
- Continue with copying: already created work order will change according to partlist/task and resource data of selected expert model version (
- Cancel: no changes are made within work order; clicking Cancel an expert model version equals to previous expert model version
- Show Help: connection to Help

Scheduled Start date is displayed according to determined task date within Expert model version.
Scheduled End date is calculated according to attributes selected CA area and Time/ ha.
Changing of CA with are modification will influence the Plan time QTY calculations and meanwhile Scheduled End date.

Entering of sequential task for selected work order is presented.

4. RESOURCE hierarchy structure
RESOURCES are divided into four tabs:
- SELF-PROPELLED
- IMPLEMENTS
- WORKERS
- MATERIAL
- Already selected Resources within expert model are entered automatically, with possibility to edit Plan area (ha) and Scheduled start date.
- Adding additional Resources can be done by drag-drop from right-located codebooks; codebooks display according to focus within Resource hierarchy structure automatically.
4.1 SELF-PROPELLED

4.1.0. Double click on Self-propelled ID
Double click on self-propelled ID opens form with additional Self-propelled´s specifications which are recorded within Agriculture Holding/ Agriculture Machinery.

4.1.a Plan area division, Plan Time QTY
In case within expert model version more Self-propelled are defined, a Crop area is automatically divided/spllited according to number of Self-propelled. Also Plan Time QTY is automatically calculated according to entered or manually edited Plan area for each self-propelled.

4.1.b Scheduled Start/End Date/Time
In case more Self-propelled are assigned to one Crop area (within one Work order), starting to adding first Self-propelled with Plan area lower as CA AREA, every followed Self-propelled automatically gets a calculated plan Area; manual editing possible.
Scheduled Start Time is copied from Scheduled start tasks Time and copied to all self-propelled assigned to task; Currently Self-propelled scheduled end Time is not uniformed/converted to Task scheduled End Time (within further delevopment Scheduled task Start should be min. Resource Start date and mheanwhile Scheduled task End should be max. Resource Start date). (stated May, 2017)

4.1.1 SELF-PROPELLED RESOURCE SUB-hierarchy
By clicking on grey arrow a SUB-level Resource hierarchy displays in order to assign Implements/ Worker/Material to each self-propelled. By drag- drop of individual Implements from right-located codebook a automatically calculation of scheduling and Plan time QTY is made regards Plan Area (ha) of previous selected Self-propelled.

Drag-drop from codebooks is possible only if focus is on the Implements grid.
Deleting Resource within SUB-level Resource hierarchy will meanwhile delete record within SUM-level. Deleting Resource within SUM-level ( and if deleted resource is also recorded in SUB-level) will delete record from both levels at once.

4.2 IMPLEMENTS
Follows the same entering/ drag-drop process as in Self-.propelled.

4.3 WORKERS
For selected task you can add a) worker directly to tab worker ( SUM-level), b) within tab Managed assigned workers ( SUB-level) within Self-propelled tab, c) within tab Managed assigned workers (SUB-level) within Worker tab.
Follows the same entering/ drag-drop process as in Self-propelled.

4.3.1 WORKER SUB-hierarchy
Possibility to manually assign more workers under control of one worker is presented. Click on grey arrows opens SUB-level tabs. By saving Worker as Managed assigned worker a Superior Worker record becomes bold.

All material which is defined within expert model is displayed within tab Material; material could be added manually by drag-drop process.

Plan area distribution regards multi entering of Resources
In case more Resources are selected within expert model for individual task an automatically division of plann area is made. The same concept applies for all tabs (Resources/Self-propelled, Attachment, worker). In case of adding additional resource manually Plan data Area need to be corrected for all preset records.
Example: for sowing for REX barley within expert model two tractors (Fendt 600 new, John Deere 650) are assigned and within WO Plann area is automatically divided into 2 parts ( form 1 ha to 2 x 0,5 ha).

5. RESOURCE and MATERIAL CODEBOOKS WITH BELLOW rESOURCE WINDOW
Right - located codebooks displays according to to focus within Resource Hierarchy. Drag-drop process in order to enter resource into Resource part is enabled.
Self-propelled codebooks
Self-propelled filter for Self-propelled Resource Type is added. You select Self-propelled by drag- drop process.

Implements codebooks
Implements filter for select implements regards resource types is added.

Worker codebooks
All worker recorder within Agriculture holding/workers and marked as Resource type Labour (LBR) are included within worker Codebooks.

Worker codebooks
Material type filter with is added. Searching individual material could be entered by filter above. Right click opens the Stock review of material. In bellow resource window all warehouses which are assigned to selected material are displayed with corresponding Stock Qty (Reserved Qty not in function yet, stated June 2017).

6. GANTT/CALENDAR ( in progress within further development)
Focus on task: automatically displays visual sequential tasks as a gantt chart. (In further development editing of work order partlist will be enabled through gantt).

By selecting different tools icons different timeline of task displays:
- weekly, 5 days

- weekly, 7 days
- monthly

- yearly

Focus on resource: automatically displays timeline of all work orders within which a selected individual resource ( self-propelled, attachments, workers) is assigned to. ( in further development improvements needed to display expired registrations of self-propelled or planned vacations of workers).
