Exchange Rate Import
For can be opened from Import-Export Wizzard in the Subjects register:
It can also be opened from Administration Panel and AutoDoctoring.
Exchange Rate Import Form

Date of import of exchange rate settings from. Date can be set as integer value from the current date on the Import Exchange Rate Settings form. |

Date of exchange rates to. In the automatic import through AutoDoctoring this is the current year. |
| Central Rate |
Setting that allows user to fill central rate, if it is missing (not present) in the transfer. |
Download  |
By clicking this button the the exchange rates are transferred from web service. |
Settings  |
Click on this button opens Import Exchange Rate Settings form. |
| Missing Banks |
If downloaded data includes data about bank that is not in the code register of subjects in the current database, these banks are displayed here. Banks are searched by BIC/SWIFT code. |
Add Bank  |
Missing banks can be added to the code register of subjects by clicking this button. |
| Rates to be Imported |
In this grid the data that will be imported into database is displayed. |
Transfer to Database  |
When this button is clicked the data is transferred to current database. |
Print  |
Click this button if you want to print data in Rates to be imported grid. |
