An overview of manufactured products can be made only for own products for which you checked serial number tracking.

Here you can view in a detailed manner information broken down for each item separately in which movements it appears and how was it constructed.

• The upper main section of the window offers you fields in order to create an overview.
• Below you can see a list of work orders with deliverables and Products panel containing data about deliverables.
• bottom left box Product Composition displays component-related data
• and bottom right box Linked Documents displays data pertaining to documents using which the deliverable was received at warehouse, sold to end customer, returned to service for repairs - all in all, every document linked to the deliverable with a specific serial number..

Using criteria you can further filter criteria.

Document Types	To restrict overview select document type(s) used in delivery to warehouse. Try right-clicking and select among the following options which make selection easier: Select All, Deselect All and Invert Selection.
Order	Enter or select a sales order to restrict overview.
Reporting Party	Enter or select a reporting party in order to restrict report.
Consignee	Enter or select a consignee in order to restrict report.
Order Date (From - To)	To restrict report enter or select dates on which the order was entered.
Mfg. Date (From - To)	To restrict report enter or select dates of production.
WO	Enter or select a work order to restrict overview.
Parent WO	Restricting by the entered parent WOs. These parameters can be observed only in manufacturing MF.
WO	Allows restricting work orders by a set of parent WOs.
No Parent WO	If checked, allows you to select criteria only for those WOs without parent WOs.
All Linked	If checked, selects all parent and child work orders according to set criteria. If All Linked is checked all other checkboxes, that is, All Parents, All Children and Include Parents are hidden.
All Parents	If checked, selects all parent work orders.
All Children	If checked, selects all child work orders.
Include Parents	If checked, includes parent WOs according to set criteria.
Product	Enter ID of product in order to restrict overview.
Product Serial Number	Enter serial number associated with the product in order to restrict overview.
Sort by	Enter or select a method you want to use.Select among the following: Ordered by and prod. date (default setting) Product Order Date of Order Serial Number Date of Manufacture
Product composition - show only serial numbers	If checked, only those components will be displayed in Product Composition for which serial number tracking is checked.

Having set criteria just click Refresh Data generating data.

Here you can view work orders containing products and semi-finished products.

Open the top-most level, that is, the Initial Overview. Click it to view data displayed matching the entered criteria. It should be noted that panels with data on products, components and linked documents changed according to which product or semi-finished product is in the list.
