Transfer register – Leave for Length of Service

In the taskbar in a form Leave for Length of Service you press we press on a button  and select Transfer register. Program opens a new window that allows us to import Leave for Length of Service by the current collective agreement from the Web Services.

Collective Agreement

In case we have in Administration panel | … | Personnel | Payroll in the field Title of Collective Agreement selected code of CA, that the code will appear also here. Code is automatically selected for those CA which are added on WEB services. If we do not have selected code of CA in Administration Panel, than we can manually selected here form the drop-down table.

Import type

Add/Update

With the checker we set a type of import we would like to transfer to the register Leave for Length of Service, we can choose from:

  • Add/Update: if we have this option selected, that only those Leave for Length of Service we do not have in the register will be transferred. If we already have this register, than the data will not be transferred.
  • Overwrite: if this option is selected, than all predefined register for Leave for Length of Service will be transferred, regardless if we already have this Leave for Length of Service.

For Country

We set localization for which country we want to transfer register for Leave for Length of Service, for Slovenia is always predefined SI.

Transfer from Server

By pressing on the button selected document types are transferred from Server.

Transfer into Register


By pressing on the button selected document types are transferred into Document Types Register.
