Automatically calculating of daily allowance for travel orders in SLO

If the Travel Order for SLO (Country in Personnel | Employee file | Travel orders - Travel is the same as Our country from the Administrator Panel | Settings | Company | This Country), the Travel order enables automatic calculation of daily allowance and reduction of daily allowance.

2. Daily allowance and Mileage rates register

In the Daily allowance and Mileage rates register we set for the allowance Daily allowance Type. Breakfast for SLO will be shown only if the travel bill be longer than 8 hours.  

3. Travel

Example of employee on a business trip in Slovenia:

Employee hase a business trip from 27.06.2011 from 06.00 to 30.06.2011 till 12.01. 

In the field Daily allowance a new window is open, that automaticaly fill the number of daily allowance based on the entered travel time.

If the travel last more than one day, than with the calculation in the field Amount is automaticaly calculated the number of daily allowace and for the trip that is lasting:

• Over 6 to 8 hours (is taking into account the price for daily allowance from the Daily allowance and Mileage rates register – SVN1)
• Over 8 to 12 hours(is taking into account the price for daily allowance from the Daily allowance and Mileage rates register – SVN2)
• Over 12 to 24 hours (is taking into account the price for daily allowance from the Daily allowance and Mileage rates register – SVN3)

 We can add or delete daily allowance.

Reduction of daily allowance for travel orders in SLO:

Reduction of daily allowance due to breakfast if the business trip lasts:

• Over 8 to 12 hours the daily allowance is reduced by 15%
• Over 12 to 24 hours the daily allowance is reduced by 10%

To reduce the daily allowance due to breakfast, check the Breakfast switch.

In field Daily Allowance, the daily allowance’s code and amount e.g. SVN3= 3, SVN1 = 1 (as shown in the picture above).

The same is also recorded for the Value of daily allowance in the field Value dn. eg- 8 = 7.45; -24 = 21.39 (as shown in the picture above) and Price per day. e.g. SVN1 = 7.45; SVN3 = 57.75.
