Task Scanning

For a scanner to work, scanner drivers must be installed on the computer. Drivers that are instaled at Plug&Play aren't enough.

Scanner	List of all installed scanner drivers.
Refresh	Refreshes the list in installed drivers
Open	Manually adding documents of different types to the document
Scan	Opens a scanner options to scan a document
Delete	Delete selected document
Show documents	A preview of scanned document
DPI	"Dots Per Inch" - resolution of scanned image. If DPI greater than 590 or less than 200, it is automatically reset to 300 dpi.
Format	.PNG or .JPG format
Grayscale	Scanned document must be stored in grayscale (black\white) even if it was colored.
To PDF	Multiple scanned documents are merged into single PDF document.
Advanced settings	If enabled, scanner driver settings form is opened before scanning.

Data can also be inserted on a Scaning form not only on Documentation form. You can insert data of Subject, Date, Date to and Task. After confirming data, a confirmation message opens. You can syncronize data with data on Documentation grid or keep it different.

These data fields can be edited, added or deleted in Tasks registers.

Multiple documents/scans can be added on the Scanning form. You can navigate between documents on the left small preview side or via Tabs on the right side.
