The following metrics are used in ZEUS Purchase pivot tables:

 

LABEL UNIT MEANING FORMULA EXAMPLE OF USE
Quantity unit of measurement Quantity   How many items from category x did we purchase from supplier y this year?
Value currency value quantity x price What was the value of items from category x purchased from supplier y this year?
Number of purchases   number of  purchases number of invoices From which suppliers do we purchase most often?
Average value/invoice currency the average value of  purchases VALUE (IN CURRENCY) divided by NUMBER OF INVOICES From which suppliers did we purchase the greatest value of goods at once?
Average waiting period days the average number of days it takes to deliver a purchase TOTAL NUMBER OF DAYS TO WAIT divided by NUMBER OF INVOICES For goods from which suppliers do you wait the longest?

 
Average number of days late   average number of late days TOTAL NUMBER OF LATE DAYS divided by NUMBER OF INVOICES How many days late were deliveries from supplier x?

* - purchase value plus costs

** - number of days from day order placed to day goods received

*** - number of days from the Deliver By date to the day the goods were received
