My records

 

My records can be reached directly from the main menu by selecting Personnel | Work records.

The form can be logically divided in the following sections:

  1. Command line with tabs to other panels of the Work records and important action buttons: Search engine, Add request, Wizards, Export and Print.
  2. Header with the timer and work obligations buttons.
  3. Work records for the current month, by default shown for the logged-in user.
  4. Footer with total balance values.

 

WARNING

The timer can only be activated by a logged-in user entered in Employees who has the same selected contact information both in Employee files in PANTHEON and in Authorizations on User.
