Копирање

Овде ќе се провери кои податоци може да се копираат (размножат) од Класификацијата на одбраните иденти.

Се користи за да се копираат податоци од шифрарникот на иденти на сите иденти кои припаѓаат на таа категорија.

Тој процес е неповратен. Треба да се води сметка кога се користи оваа операција, бидејќи се менува постојната информација!

За да се копираат податоци, се одбира соодветната штикла за саканата категорина:

Copy Price Where Item in	Here you can select whether an item belongs to primary or secondary category. Primary Category – Select it to copy data to items belonging to the primary category. Secondary Category – Select it to copy data to items belonging to the secondary category. Category must be selected in order to execute copying, if not a message box appears:
Item Type	Check it to copy item type.
Cost Account	Check it to copy cost account.
Revenue Account	Check it to copy revenue account.
Tax Rate	Check it to copy tax rate.
Main U/M	Check it to copy main unit of measurement (U/M).
Ratio between Units of Measurement	Check it to copy the ratio between main and secondary unit of measurement (U/M).
Secondary U/M	Check it to copy secondary unit of measurement (U/M).
Track Serial Numbers	Check it to copy the method of serial number tracking and if required the ID of serial number template.
Warranty	Check it to copy warranty.
Minimum Margin	Check it to copy minimum margin.
Minimum Stock	Check it to copy minimum stock.
Special Discount	Chekc it to copy special discount.
Maximum Discount	Check it to copy maximum discount.
Purchase Currency	Check it to copy purchase currency.
Purchase Currency	Check it to copy purchase currency.
Pricing Formula	Check it to copy pricing formula.
Customs Tariff	Check it to copy customs tariff.
Deliver Within	Check it to copy date of delivery deadline..
Icon	Check it to copy icon of item.
Color code	Check it to copy color code of item.
Custom Fields	Check it to copy custom fields. When parameter is enabled a list of all Custom fileds is displayed. They are all checked by default. Select the ones you want to copy. Right mouse click is available to deselect.
Copy	Click it to copy to the Items register. Only checked  data will be copied. First you have to confirm the operation (for more information see (for more information see Do you really want to copy data? WARNING!!! Existing data will be overwritten!). Confirm the operation by clicking OK to copy data. It returns a message notifying you that the process has finished (for more information see Copying completed!).
