- YY - last two digits of year
- DTN - document type number
- NNNNNN - six-digit document serial number

If trying to create a new document that isn't within the limits, the program returns an error:

Solution:
1. You entered the wrong year for the document. Correct the data and repeat the steps.
2. Your computer systems date is false. Correct the data and repeat the steps.
3. Vnesti želite popravek v letu, ki je izven dovoljenega območja. Popravite paraemter za Dovoljeno kreiranje novih dokumentov tako, da bo vnos dovoljen (npr. za preteklo leto 1, za izključitev kontrole -1).
