Ending a Remote Support Session
To end remote support session click
(Disconnect) or
(Close).

You will be promted for confirmation before the session is terminated.

After the session is terminated, you can fill in a support satisfaction survey.

Within 60 seconds a page with session details will be opened.
Session logs can be reviewed at any time later.

A finished session does not leave any harmful software on your computer that could compromise security. Only the ISL Light executable (ISLBoot.exe, cca. 100Kb) remains, so it doesn't need to be downloaded for future sessions. The program is not resident and does not respond to any incoming connections. |
