Pošlji e-račun
Pošiljanje e-računa pomeni, da ustvarimo dokument izdaje za kupca, ga pretvorimo v elektronski format (eSLOG) in ga preko elektronskega nabiralnika pošljemo kot e-račun. Ob tem pa prejmemo informacijo o dostavi e-računa.
V tem poglavju vam bomo predstavili primer od kreiranja do pošiljanja e-računa.

NAMIG
Poslovanje z e-računi, za vse prejete račune, je obvezno za proračunske uporabnike. Sistem za proračunske uporabnike sprejema e-račune v zapisu eSLOG. Trenutno aktualna različica je eSLOG 2.0.

Odgovorna oseba v podjetju Tecta želi poslati e-račun kupcu za nakup šotora. Prejeti želi informacijo o uspešni dostavi e-računa. To stori v naslednjih korakih:

1. Kreiranje e-računa
Odgovorna oseba v meniju izbere Blago | Izdaja | Dokument in v našem primeru vrsto dokumenta 3900 – Zbirna izdaja.
Kreira račun katerega želi poslati kupcu in v orodni vrstici izbere gumb 
(Uvoz/Izvoz podatkov) in funkcionalnost Izvoz e-Slog dokumenta za kupca.
