Additional functions of the set-off preparation panel can be called by a right mouse click in individual iem:

  • Open post – it opens a journal entry for document posting.
  • Open document – it opens a document.
  • Open linked document – it opens a linked document.
  • Open document – Automatic posting – it opens a document that has been posted automatically.
  • Move All - move all the documents from the Outstanding Rec. / Payables items to Receivables / Payables.
  • Move Selected - press Ctrl  and clicking the mouse can be individually marked documents and them marked move in Receivables / Payables.
  • Move Whole Linked Document - move all documents with the same linked document.
