Work obligations
In the Work obligations register, you can enter custom types of work obligation that will be used on the company level and shown as buttons in the Timer of the My records in Work records.
The screen shows a list of all work obligations in your database.
In the header, you can search work obligations by Code, name, or Earning type.
The first entry in the list is empty with an + (Add) button. In this line, you can enter all required data and then add a new work obligation to Work records.
The columns show the following information about individual work obligations:

Code
|
Custom code to best represent this type of work obligation. The code and the Earning type code can be different.

Name
|
Full name of the work obligation, e. g. Regular work, Lunch break, Private exit etc.

ET
|
Earning type from the Earning types register. This data will influence payroll preparation in PANTHEON.

|
Operation
|
Operation (from the register) to indicate whether the work obligation adds to working hours for the selected earning type in payroll preparation in PANTHEON, whether it subtracts the time or has no effect (no operation).

From home
|
A checked checkbox indicates that this work obligation will be shown when the Work from home toggle button in the Timer is enabled.

Icon
|
Icon image for this work obligation in My records, both in the Timer buttons and in the main list of the Work records. Icons are stored in the Icons register.

Main color
|
The color for both the icon and the bottom line of the button in the Timer.

Background color
|
|

 (Add)
|
Add a new work obligation to Work records.
|
|
 (Delete)
|
Deletes the line/work obligation from the register. The button will no longer be seen in the timer of Work records.
