40B - Resource Mainenance Detail
The 40B – Resource Maintenance - Detail report shows all the resources and detailed data about the maintenance of resources, according to the parameters from the Resources Report form.
You can open the report by selecting 40B – Resource Maintenance - Detail from the Resources Report form, which can be opened by clicking the 
(Reports) button in the toolbox of the Resources register.
Below is a description of the report’s features.
This section contains information about the report.

Company
|
Displays the information about the company that the report is generated for.
|

User
|
Displays the user who generated the report.
|
|
Report Generated
|
Displays the time when the report was generated.
|
|
Resource
|
Displays the ID of the resource, if it was selected in the Criteria section of the Resources Report form.
|
|
Parent Resource
|
Displays the ID of the parent resource, if it was selected in the Criteria section of the Resources Report form.
|
|
Regulation
|
Displays the ID of the regulation, if it was selected in the Criteria section of the Resources Report form.
|
|
Salary Grade
|
Displays the ID of the salary grade, if it was selected in the Criteria section of the Resources Report form.

Department
|
Displays the ID of the department, if it was selected in the Criteria section of the Resources Report form.
|
|
Cost Center
|
Displays the ID of the cost center, if it was selected in the Criteria section of the Resources Report form.

Show resources
|
Displays the information about which resources are shown.
|

Work
|
Displays if the work resources are shown.
|
|
Cumulative
|
Displays if the cumulative resources are shown.
|

External
|
Displays if the external resources are shown.

Displays the ID of the resource.

Displays the name of the resource.

|
Displays the department linked to the resource.

|
Displays the cost center linked to the resource.

Done Qty. since last
|
Displays the quantity done since the last service.
|
|
Qty. until next servicing
|
Displays the quantity until the next planned service.
|
|
Planned Qty. on WO
|
Displays the current planned quantity on work the orders.
|
|
Maintenance Type
|
Displays the maintenance type, set on the resource in the Maintenance tab of the Resources register.
|

Servicing Interval
|
Displays the servicing interval, set on the resource in the Maintenance tab of the Resources register.

Warning at <
|
Displays the warning, set on the resource in the Maintenance tab of the Resources register.
|
This section contains detailed data about maintenance on the resource.

Servicing Type
|
Displays the type of service done on the resource.
|
|
Counter
|
Displays the quantity of pieces or working hours done on the resource at the time of service.
|

Note
|
Displays the note of the service.
|
|
Maintainer
|
Displays the person responsible for the service.
|
|
Report No.
|
Displays the number of the document linked to the service.
|
|
From
|
Displays the start date of the service.
|

To
|
Displays the end date of the service.
