Working Hrs Planning

 

Submodule Working Hrs Planning can be accessed via menu Personnel | Calenders | Working Hrs Planning.

Employee working hours planning shows the overview of planned employee work.  It enables you to add absences, insert working hours and copy planned working hours between employees.

The module consists of the following functional units (Use this for User Guide):

Planning working hours for employee The functionality allows the creation of absences, input of working hours, and copying planned working hours between employees.
Review of the work planning for department In this chapter we present an example of reviewing the created planned working hours for the department.
Entry of new absence In this chapter we will provide an overview of entering new absences for an employee.
Print report of planning In this chapter we present an example of creating a report for workforce planning.
