Granules

 

Granules are applied to individual users. This means that the user can only access those granules that are activated for them in My data on the User Site. Access to individual granules is also visible in the PANTHEON Web Light application in the list of users in Settings | Users in the Granules column.

WARNING

Granules are ordered on the UserSite at the following link, which can also be accessed via the software:

1. in the Settings | Users menu, by clicking on Order granules

 

2. by clicking on ? (Help) and selecting Order additional services

 

PANTHEON Web Light offers the following granules:

  1. Travel orders
  2. Work records
  3. Documents and Tasks
  4. B2B orders
  5. Dashboard
  6. Combination of granules

 

WARNING

If you do not want individual tabs to be visible on a granule, you can hide them via authorisations in the Administration Panel in Users and Groups | Users menu on the individual user in the Permissions panel (as is already the case for the whole PANTHEON Web).

However, managers who wish to view information about their subordinates in the Work records or in the Travel orders must have a PANTHEON Web Light license.

1. Travel orders

A PANTHEON Web Light user with the 'Travel orders' granule sees the tabs New travel order and Travel orders, as shown in the image below.

WARNING

Before using granules, you need to assign individual users permissions for specific document types, e.g. 700. Authorizations for users are set in PANTHEON in the Administration Panel, in Users and Groups | Users under Security for each respective user:

In the main menu, the user sees Work records and Tasks for task approval:

 

3. Documents and Tasks

The user sees the tabs Documents and Tasks:

WARNING

If the manager wishes to approve absence requests, it is necessary for them also to have the Work records granule in order to enter absences in the absence calendar. Otherwise, it will not be possible to approve requests.

 

4. B2B orders

The B2B orders granule is designed for suppliers and customers, where the customer enters their orders directly into the supplier's database. The granule is linked to an employee within the customer's database and not to the database owner, as is the case for other granules.

WARNING

On the B2B granule, it is obligatory to enter a subject at the User, which shows that it is a different company – in this case the customer or buyer.

 

In the B2B granule, the user sees the following menu:

  • Documents, where you can see only your documents, which you can also print.

Description of the fields and settings specific to the B2B granule:

Document Type

To make sure that the customer or buyer only sees their document type, set it up in the PANTHEON database via authorisations on Sales Orders.

Customer

The customer is automatically applied and cannot be changed here. It is defined on the user in the Subject field.

Status

If you want to prevent the customer or buyer from changing all statuses, you can restrict their permissions in the PANTHEON database via authorisations on Sales Orders on the Status tab.

Add item

Displaying items can be limited depending on the customer. If you have selected items for this customer in the Subjects register in the Order items field, only selected items will be displayed in the drop-down list.

In the drop-down list, the customer also sees the stock, which can be displayed as a numeric value or just as "Yes/No" (the display depends on the Show stock with Yes/No toggle button in the Subjects register on the Customer):

 

If the Show stock with Yes/No toggle button is enabled, the stock is shown with "Yes/No":

Quantity

Select the desired quantity.

Price The customer cannot enter or change the price because it is defined by the supplier.
Recipient You can restrict the display of recipients in the drop-down list in the Recipients field of the Subjects register so that the software does not show all subjects, but only selected ones.

 

5. Dashboard

The user sees the tab Dashboard on which he you can choose different Dashboards.

6. Combination of Travel orders, Work records and Document system

When a user has an active combination of granules, they can see the main menus Personnel with Work records and Travel orders and Documents and tasks with the Document system and Tasks for approval.
