New Tool
The New tool form is used to add a tool to the servicing WO (Work Order).
The form shows the tool item ID, description of the item, and quantity.
After entering data, the added tool is confirmed. Upon confirmation, the new tool card is added to the work BOM, and it is immediately visible in PANTHEON.
To open the form, select Servicing WO List from the menu and click one of the servicing WO cards. Then click the tab Tools and select 
(Add button).
A New tool form will appear.
Below is a description of the form’s features:
Clicking on the Tools field opens a drop-down menu with tool items . New tool can be added by choosing a tool item from the drop-down menu or it can be inserted in the empty field above the drop-down menu.
This field cannot be edited, because it changes depending on the tool item selected. It is a description of the tool item if the description was previously added to the Items register.
In the quantity section, you can select how many new tools you need to add to the servicing WO.
Left part of the form shows the two action buttons:

Cancel
|
Discards the data entered on the form and returns to the Tools form.

Add
|
Saves the data entered on the form and returns to the Tools form with a refreshed list of tool cards.
