Confirming a document in the field

In addition to to entering documents into the archive and checking the archive, the Granule Documents and Tasks allows you to use tasks while in the field. You can use your mobile device to quickly confirm a document from anywhere.
Below a simple example of how to confirm a document while in the field using the Granule Documents and Tasks.

CASE SUMMARY
Richard Repairment, a repairman at Tecta, works in the field. He works with documentation using PANTHEON Granule Documents and Tasks. After completing a service, he wants to confirm a document and the related task. This is done as follows:
- Selecting the Granule Documents and Tasks
- Checking the task list and selecting a task
- Confirming a task
- Checking the confirmed task

1. Selecting the Granule Documents and Tasks
The person responsible accesses the Granule Documents and Tasks on a mobile phone.
After logging in to PANTHEON Web, the person responsible selects Documents and tasks from the main menu and then the option Tasks from the drop-down menu.

2. Checking the task list and selecting a task
The person responsible wants to complete the task of document 23-DMS0-000003.
The person responsible uses the filters in the task list to find the desired task.
Then, the person responsible clicks the task Confirm.

3. Confirming a task
The selected task opens.

By clicking the arrow button
, the person responsible checks the tabs to view the attached Documents and Connected (Linked) documents.

Clicking in the field Certifier comment starts the process of confirming the document.

The person responsible enters a comment in the field Certifier comment and confirms it by clicking the button Done.

To confirm the task, the person responsible clicks the button Confirmed.

4. Checking the confirmed task
The person responsible opens the tab Tasks to check that the task status changed to Task complete.
