Overview of Servicing WO on the Map

The Map form provides an overview of Servicing WOs on a map, allowing you to manage employee assignments and view detailed information.

Case summary
Dan Director, a manufacturing employee at Tecta Ltd., wants to manage servicing work orders on a map. This includes viewing servicing WOs, assigning employees, and configuring map settings. When he is logged in, he uses the Map feature to achive these tasks. This is done as follows:
- Opening the Map
- Viewing and managing servicing WOs on the Map
- Adding employees to servicing WOs
- Configuring Map settings

1. Opening the Map
After logging into the PANTHEON Field Service Granule, Dan opens the Map form by clicking the Map button located in the bottom right corner of the Servicing WO List form.
2. Viewing and Managing Servicing WOs on the Map
The Map form displays all servicing WOs on the map. Locations without number indicate servicing work orders without assigned employees. By clicking location, Dan can view details of the servicing WO.

3. Adding employees to Servicing WOs
Within the detailed view of a servicing WO, Dan can assign employees. By clicking
Add employee form will open.

4. Configuring Map settings
Map form by default shows map interface. Dan wants to see if there are any hills that employees will drive on. By clicking Map button new check box Relief will appear. When checked, displays relief on the map.
For more detailed information on the how location looks like he clicks on the Satellite button which show satellite view of the map.
