Tecta production diagram

Tecta's production facility produces its own brands of TentsPRO and TentsHOME tents, which are sold and rented. To optimise their operations, they use the PANTHEON software package, which provides software support at all levels of the business. They use a PANTHEON Manufacture licence to manage and control the production process.

Description of the Tecta production scheme:
With PANTHEON, production functions track customer orders, from which monthly production plans are created. With production scheduling, they calculate material requirements to order optimal quantities. They also use scheduling to determine the availability of resources to carry out work operations so that products are ready for delivery on time.
The information on the materials and work operations needed to make the product is transferred to the plan from the basic bills of materials of the product. These serve as the basis for the product composition, which is adjusted as necessary during production. The Basic BOMs are also used to recalculate the manufacturing costs of the product before production or when material changes are made using the Precalculation tool.
The work orders, which are most often created from a schedule, track the release of material from the warehouse, the reporting of work done for production, the cost of outsourced work and the receipt of products and semi-finished goods into the warehouse. The work orders also track the quantity of waste and refuse. And for products that have a defect, their repair can be tracked by a special type of repair work order.
