Financial Reports

The Financial Reports module is a very powerful tool used with creating of financial reports and for their comparisons. It works similarly than any other spreadsheet tool (e.g. Microsoft Excel). It is constructed of cells, in which we enter data and formulas and then mathematical operations are performed. The program finds the data for calculation directly in the general ledger posts.

Just like you can have multiple sheets in a spreadsheet, you can also prepare multiple financial reports with the corresponding formulas for the adequate calcuations in the Pabntheon. The parameters for report creation are defined in the menu Settings | Financials | Financial reports.

When you select one of the existing active templates for financial reports from the menu, the Financial report window is opened on the basis of the selected template, in which you enter the necessary restrictive (date) citeria.
