- Next version: 1002810
- Expected release date: July 2022
We will show you how to set it up in the following steps.
Table of contents
- Preliminary settings
- Download the PANTHEON software package
- Start PANTHEON
|
1. Preliminary settings
Before manually installing PANTHEON, it is necessary to make sure that the configuration filea.ini is set correctly, which shows PANTHEON the path to which database and server it should link.
The version of the database installed on the server must also be checked.
 |
HINT
The version can be checked by here using the command: select * from tpa_sysparamsys.

|
 |
WARNING
The version will be written in the format AA.B.CC.DD, which means:
- AA.B - larger edition of PANTHEON
- CC - minor edition (build)
- DD - minor release fix (patch)

|
It is necessary to verify that users from the database are connected to the SQL Server (transferred).
2. Downloading the PANTHEON software package
In this step, select and download the PANTHEON software package. All Slovenian versions of the PANTHEON software package can be found on the public Internet FTP site.
 |
HINT
- On the FTP, PANTHEON version numbers are separated without dots. Example: 1002800.
-
For downloading, we are looking for files with the prefix dlPantheon_SQL_SI_SI_100XXXX.7z, where XXXX are the latest version numbers of the minor release and patch.
-
For easier browsing of versions, we recommend that you sort the list of all files by date descending/Last modified

|
Direct URLs to the last few versions of the PANTHEON software package:
The user downloads the software package from FTP and saves it in the folder where the .ini file was previously created. In our case to the location C:\Datalab.
Extend the software package with the appropriate extender. In place of C:\Datalab, PANTHEON.exe will be extended.
To do this, right-click 7-Zip and select Expand here.
 |
HINT
For fast archive file expansion, we recommend the free 7zip extender, available here.
|

3. Launch PANTHEON
If we have successfully extended the program and followed all the previous steps for caching the database, adding users and editing the .ini file, we can run PANTHEON.exe and log in as the AD user.

 |
WARNING
PANTHEON.exe and PANTHEON.ini should always be loaded on the same path, most often at C:\Datalab.
In this case PANTHEON.exe will be able to read the path to the server and the database from the PANTHEON.ini file.

|
In the case of the first login to the database, the software will inform the user of the general terms and conditions and request confirmation of the GDPR.
Upon successful login, the software will guide the user through the installation wizard. The user will edit the settings for User, Serial Number, Our Company, Document Data, etc.
