Toolbar

Toolbar in New FA Inventory shows Fixed assets inventories tab and below action buttons.

Some buttons are only visible when you save or open existing inventory.

New

Opens a New inventory document.

Delete

Deletes the selected entry.

Wizards

The Wizards button activates when you select a warehouse. With the Wizards, you can view:

  • Export
  • Inport
  • Fill
  • Transfer selected to register
  • Fill in FA locations from inventory count
  • Fill in FA locations from inventory count(with dept. and cost ctr.)
  • Delete inventory

 

WARNING

The Wizards button only activates when you add item or save inventory.

Confirmation

Upon inventory confirmation, the status of the document changes to Confirmed. Confirmed inventory is locked and cannot be changed any more. You can, however, change the status to Unconfirmed and then change the document.

Save

Saves the document.
