Regulation Reports

Regulation Reports

Click the report button in the Regulations window to open a window for generating reports.

First you have to set criteria.
 


 

 

Sort By Item Select this option to sort regulation data by item.
Sort By Person Respons. Select this option to sort regulation data by person responsible.
Sort By Date Select this option to sort regulation data by date.
Regulation Type Enter or select type of regulation to be included in report.
Person Responsible Enter or select a person responsible.
Date From Set a start date of regulation.
Date To Set an end date of regulation.
  Click the report button to generate a report.
The following data are displayed in the report header:

 

Report generated The date and time when a report was generated is displayed top-right.
Document Type ID and name of document type appears in header.
Report Name Displays the report name Regulations as set in Document Types settings.

Report Specifications:
 

 

ID Displays a regulation ID.
Person Respons. Displays a person responsible for regulation.
(text) Displays any text entered in regulation (it is displayed below person responsible).
Date Displays a date of validity of regulation.
Type Displays a regulation type ID.
