Модулот “Материјално” во DataLab Pantheon™ служи за издавање и примање фактури, пренос на добра меѓу складиштата и за обавување на сите трансакции на материјалното работење – фактурирање и пратење на материјалното сметководство.   

Освен тоа, од овој модул може да се пристапи до сите пресметки поврзани со материјалното сметководство и фактурирањето.

Модулот “Материјално” е составен од следниве функционални едниници:

Издавање издаваме иденти од складиште и креираме фактури за купувачите.
Прием примаме иденти во складиште и внесуваме фактури на добавувачите.
ЕЦД/Intrastat врз основа на приемот и издавањето ги евидентираме и сметководствените записи и примени ЕЦД (едниствена царинска декларација) за увоз и извоз на добрата.
Пренос модул за пренос на робата помеѓу складиштата.
Промена на цена модул за промена на продажната цена.
Инвентар модул за попис на инвентар и пресметка на инвентарниот вишок или дефицит. 
Периодично фактурирање модул за креирање фактури за периодично фактурирање (претплати, набавка во рати итн.) 
Креирање на комисиски пријави креирање на комисиски пријави за добра превземени во комисиска продажба.
Носители на трошоците преглед на прометот по носителите на трошоци и нивно поврзување со прометот и трошоците.
Царински складишта модул за следење на царински складишта.
Залиха прегледи на залиха, складишни картони итн.
Пресметка на материјални промети многу моќна функција која овозможува преглед на сите материјални промети од програмскиот пакет DataLab Pantheon™.
Споредба на приходи и расходи извештај што овозможува брз преглед на реализираната продажба и профит.
Invoices Issued Report A simplified calculation of goods movements, limited to issued invoices,VAT (according to paid or invoiced realization), price differences, and trade records.
Invoices Received Report A simplified calculation of goods movements, limited to received invoices.
VAT Ledger of received and issued invoices and VAT calculation.
Overview of Material Movements An overview of all document lines from the Goods, Custom warehouses and Services modules.            
Refresh Movements Refreshing stock and the re-posting of all movements, which renews the warehouse data and the status of serial numbers.
