The following functions are available from the taskbar in financial reports:

New record

 We use it to add new template for financial report. This report based on (calculated from) data from accounts.

Clone record

 We use it to  clone existing financial report.
Templates

 Opens the menu  Templates Menu.
Wizards

Select the following from the wizards menu:

  • The Copy Lines function which enables us to copy financial report lines from the existing form to the currently selected one.
  • 100001B - The Insert Line function which enables us to insert lines in financial reports, at the same time renumbering them.
  • 100001E - The Delete (inserted) Line enables us to delete inserted lines and at the same time renumbering them.
  • 100001J - Check all formulas in financial report if there is a mistake witch could prevent the calculation of the report.
  • 1000067 - Copy lines from active plan .
  • 1000077 - Copy lines between chart of accounts.
Report

 By clicking it you open the panel for entering data required for displaying a financial report.  You can display financial reports from templates marked as active or inactive.

The same function as in selecting the ID in the Financials - Reports - Financial Reports where only active financial report templates are listed in the menu!
