In the Position tab of the Administration Panel | Settings | Program Parameters | Personnel | Custom Fields you can determine fields that will appear as fields for the entry of information in the Payroll reports | Payroll.

Descriptions of fields for payroll reports:

Index (grade)
In this is the index of the grade in which an employee belongs.
In calculation formulas you refer to this value with the following name #Razred #.
Index Value
 In this is the index value from the  payroll preparation .
In calculation formulas you refer to this value with the following name #Indeks#.
Hourly Rate
In this field is the product of values from Index (grade) and Index Value fields.
Personal Rating The value of personal rating from the Personal Rating panel.
In calculation formulas you refer to this value with the following name #Ocena#.
Evaluation The points from the  Evaluation panel.
In calculation formulas you refer to this value with the following name #MUspeh#.
