Copy password for employees
In Employee File - General Taskbar by pressing wizard 
we open Copy password for employees.

Wizard Copy password for employees will appear in the Taskbar in the employee files only when we are placed in the panel General.
|
Through window Copy Password we can copy passwords to all employees at the same time, which is written in the header in employee files in the field Password.
We select the criteria:

Employee
|
We can select only the specific employees we would like to copy passwords to.
|
|
Department
|
We can copy passwords for employees in specific department.
|
|
Position
|
We can copy passwords for employees for specific positions.
|
|
Password Composition
|
|
|
Variables
|
We select one or more variables from which the password will be composed for individual employee. We can select from the following variables:
- Employee ID
- Worker Reg. No./ID
- Tax No.
- Employee name
- Employee’s last name
- From the Custom fields from employees files
|
|
Variables form custom fields are showed only to the extant that they are entered in Administration Panel | … | Payroll | Custom fields | Employee files.

We confirm with the button copy, where the confirmation message will open: 
By pressing on the button OK, we confirm copying passwords by criteria entered above, where the message below displays:
