Slanje opomena e-mailom
Module is intended to sending Reminders via email. Unlike the Reminders module, this is about ad-hoc sending Outstanding items to partners via email.
Button Send by Email
is available if one of report in Outstanding Items is open.

By clicking on the
button opens - Send payment reminder by Email.
If checkbox : Include specification by documents in Email body is of, you will see this window. Use of variables is not possible with this form. Desired text can be entered with attachement for all documents

Information about partners and their Outstanding items on this form is collected on the basis of the criteria you entered on the Outstanding items list.
A brief description of each section of the reminder window:

Here we enter the text that will be displayed in the subject of the email (address). |

Message specification text. Submitting is summarized in documents, so this record is repeated according to the number of documents. |

Select E-Mail Addresses |

In the left window are the types of email addresses that are considered when sending messages. In the right panel, there are emails available for use.
Users can then define which mail addresses apply to send reminders. To move email addresses from one window to another, we use the <> characters if we move one email address and << >> if we move all the addresses simultaneously.
The program eliminates duplicate addresses when sending email reminders so that the same addresses are not repeated..
The tick box only suggests the first found email address to send.
By default, the Exclude Duplicate and Only First Found settings are not checked, but later the program remembers the setting when closing the form.

CC |
Enter the email address of the copy recipient or multiple copy recipients, separated by a semicolon. |
BCC |
Enter the email address of the recipient of the hidden copy or multiple recipients of the hidden copy, separated by a semicolon. |
Attach Report to Email |
When this box is checked, the e-mail in the attachment has a pdf document. |
Attach Sync File to E-Mail |
With switcher marked, the file with outstanding items will be attached to e-mail message. |
Data Table |
The table shows the data in the columns: Selected - All selected by default. The e-mail will only be sent to those who are marked Selected and have an e-mail address. Subject - Name of entity Amount of open items - total amount of open items Email - Email. Email is the default Default email address for sending reminders in your contact list. Electronic addresses can also be manually added or modified, and must be separated by a semicolon.

Column Name 2 is not visible by default. If we want to have this column we click right mouse click and we choose Edit-Select Columns.

You can use the same variables as the Reminders module when formatting header, specification, and footer text. See the use of variables on the Reminders module.
The sender's email will be visible to the recipient according to the AP / Internet setting

Subjects e-mail addresses are filled in from the Default e-mail address for sending reminders in the contact list.
