Treatment

Modul Treatment is the hart of VET mobile. Here we have the whole procedure from treatment to invoice issue.

We will look:

    3.1 Stickers

1. Treatment

Treatment is divided in four segments:

- anamnesis: we can choose anamnesis from dropdown or we enter them manualy. The list of anamnesis (medical history) we can enter  in hosting

  database.

- status praesens: we enter data about temperature, pilse, breathing,weight

- diagnosis: we can choose diagnosis  from dropdown or we enter them manualy.  The list of diagnosisi we can enter  in hosting database.

- expert advice: we enter an advice  if is necessary

After we enter data we clik on button  (save). The program create treatment document.

After saving the treatment we have two option:

- add new animal ( we can add treatment for another animal). If we choose this option, the app will put us to animal list and then we add treatment.
- performed service ( we close the treatment and we create invoice)

On treatment we can also do Vaccination because, we can treat animal first and than we also  vaccin the animal.

With click on  we will go through process,  to closing  the treatment and create the invoice.

2. Performed service / create invoice, packing slip

In this process we have following tabs:

2.1 Customer

Here are readonly data about customer.

2.2. Items

We add items. We can enter only items that are in hosting database. We can find thm if we clik on button cearch or we search them with entering first letter.

After we choose the item we need to enter also the quantity and price.With click on item the popup window opens.Where we enter quantity and price.

In case that we have Item with serial number than  we click on button and we enter quantity and choose serial number.

If we need to add more items, we just choose new item  and add them.

How to add item to package?

a) first we choose package. Click on ikon  opens

... we choose package

... than we add new item

.. than we add this item to package with clik on button . If we have more than one package than we select from the list the right one

... and item will be added to package. 

2.3  Withdrawal period

After we enter items we can enter also  data about withdrawal period. If we enter data in this tab that , then are also seen on treatment on tab Withdrawal period  or vice versa.

 - we tick this option, if we want that the withdrawal period is the same on all animals.

 - when we enter all data we click on this button that the data are saved.

If we forget saving withdrawal period and we move to next tab we get a message, that we need to save  the withdrawal period.

If we click on option "Cancel" the withdrawal period won't be saved. If we choose option " Confirm withdrawal period" the app will put as back to tab Withdrawal period and we need to click button Save.

2.4  Insurance

The animal may also have insurance in this case we can add data for insurance.

2.5 Treatment

​In tab Treatment we see all treatment that we do on selected animals.

Click on button  we can open treatment and we can change data on Anamnesis, Diagnosis....

Click on button  the owner can sign the treatment.

The signature of veterinarian read from database. In Settings - Subject -General where we have list of contact we click on veterinarian and in tab More we have this signature.

In this tab we also save the treatment, with click on button save. When we do that we get popup window where we send email or print the tretament.

2.6  Payment

After we confirm the treatment we create invoice or delivery.

Here we have three tabsa:

- Custommer: read only data

- Items:  the list of items then we add on treatment- readonly data

- Payment: here we choose payment method  and send invoice to hosting database and we  print the invoice

We can choose more than one payment in this case we enter amount for one payment method and the rest of amount for other payment methods.

First we choose payment method,than we enter amount and ww click add.

If we make a mistake we just click on trash can and the data will be deleted.

With click on button OK we can send email or print  invoice/delivery.

3. More options:

On treatment we have also options to:

Delete: if treatment is not linked with invoice we can deleted

Change animlas: we can change animal. This option is possible also if treatment is linked to invoice

Delete animlas: we can delete animal only if is not linked with invoice

Add animals: we can add animals before we save the treatment. But we can not add animal if we choose group treatment

PDF: if we click on PDF option the treatment will be automatically saved in database in online mode in offline mode will be saved in app. But  we

           can editing treatment also after the treatment is saved

Stickers: the same logic as by PDF. But here we have option to print sticker or send them to email. 

Device list: list of devices  ( bluetooth printers)

Help: click on help the user manula opens

3.1 Stickers:

On stickers we have option to send stickers to email or print them. 

If we choose one of them we get first option to select individual or group stickers.

After we choose one of option, than by printing we can choose also on which sticker we will print . On A4 sheet we have 4 stickers in dimension 210 x 74 mm. ( 1 to 4 represent stickers on A4 sheet).
