A comparison report between cost analysis
and cost estimation is intended in order to make comparison between a
calculation of material used, time spent and cost required for production of end
product and estimated cost of the selected article.
Comparison can be drawn between actual calculation of material used and time
spent in production and a stored cost estimation
history. Because of this a field for entering cost estimation date appears
in 4K2 - Cost Analysis - Comparison with Cost Estimation
panel. By selecting a cost estimation date you also determine a stored price in
cost estimation history.

If there exists more than one price in history of cost
estimation price, the one entered last on a specific date will be used. |
The report consists of two sections:
- the upper section, where prices in cost estimation and cost analysis are
compared by individual lines; and
- the bottom section (below the bold-type line), where the sum total of all
lines is displayed by material lines, work (value of work), hours worked as
well as the total of material and value of work.
