Evaluation
Evaluation of personnel is performed periodically. Running ARES automation process 4000034 enables us to see the missing evaluation categories that are a part of employee evaluation process. One of the two subscreens is described in this section.

1. Header
In the header we can determine the criteria we want to use to look at the missing evaluation points.

Choose a superior employee or leave empty to show for all |

Choose a department or leave empty to show for all |
Status |
You can leave empty or choose between:
- In progress - now open evaluation period
- Evaluated - show only evaluated employees

Choose an employee or leave empty to show all |
Only missing points |
If checked, not all, but only the missing points are shown |
Add up points |
If checked, all the category points are added |
Create |
After the above specified criteria is chosen, the Create button needs to be clicked to show the results |

Click button Evaluate to evaluate |
Marked evaluated |
Click button Evaluate all marked to evaluate all marked |
