Issued material - MF
Clicking on a material card from the Work order form opens the Issued material form for reporting the issued quantities of chosen material, production scrap and waste.
The Issued material form can be divided into the following sections:

1. Command line
The command line in the Issued material form shows the name of the form and two buttons:
| Confirmation |
Confirms the entered data on issued material for the material line.
WO Relieve inventory for material document will be created in linked documents in PANTHEON Work orders.

| X (Close) |
Closes the Issued material form and returns to the Work order (MF) form. |
2. Header
The header of the Issued material form contains fields with vitally important information:
| Number |
Number of the WO the material is issued for. |
| Line |
Line number of the material in WO BOM. |
| Material |
Name of the item. |
| Date |
Date of issue. You can change it by entering a date using a keyboard or selecting it from the calendar. |
3. Reported data
This section of the Issued material form contains fields for reporting the quantities of issued materials with the following information:
| Quantity |
Material issued for the production of a WO. The right side of the field contains information on the planned or still needed material quantity and the unit of measurement. |
| Scrap |
Quantity of production scrap. The right side of the field contains information about the planned or still needed quantity and unit of measurement. |
| Waste |
Field for reporting the quantity of production waste. The right side of the field contains information about the planned or still needed quantity and unit of measurement. |
