Contract Prices
| Report Type |
Select among the following two types of contract prices:
- by items and categories, and
- by subjects

| Active |
Select status of items which will be included in the report:

| Item |
Enter or select item ID (you can also use wildcard characters to set group of items). |
| Prim. Categ. |
Set primary category which is defined in the Items register. "Any" is set by default and means all categories are displayed o na report.
Check one or more options by selecting  or from a drop-down list.
If you don't wan't to display item categories, select  for Primary and/or Secondary category.

Set secondary category which is defined in the Items register. |
| Supplier |
Enter or select a primary supplier of item. |
| External ID |
Enter the item's external ID. |
| Item Types |
Check item type to include in the report. |
Price List
| Subject |
Enter a customer or supplier. |
| Subject Type |
Enter type of customer or supplier. |

To display a report, click this icon or double-click name of the report:
- Contract prices by items and categories- Displays contract prices by items and categories (here contract prices are determined by items and category).
- Contract prices by subjects and types- Displays contract prices by subjects and their types (here contract prices are determined by subjects and types).
