eInvoice and activation

An eInvoice is an invoice that completely replaces the traditional paper format, because the issuer issues an invoice to the recipient for services provided or goods sold in an electronic format.

eInvoice enables you to do business in a simple, transparent, modern, environmentally friendly and cost-effective way. In Slovenia, this is especially true for those doing business with the public sector, as every invoice sent to the public sector must be in an electronic format.

CASE SUMMARY Tecta is committed to making its business operations fully electronic. For this purpose, they will start using eInvoice, which will allow them to reduce costs and provide a faster and more secure way of doing business with their customers. Ashley Accountant, Head of Finance and Accounting at Tecta, will enable Tecta to start using the eInvoice functionality in PANTHEON by following the steps below: Ordering the eInvoice package Registering with the bizBox platform

1. Ordering the eInvoice package

On the Datalab website eInvoice, the person responsible checks what eInvoice subscription packages are available to users. The person responsible can choose between five different packages depending on the number of transactions:

• eInvoice Micro – pred-paid

• eInvoice Mini – pred-paid

• eInvoice Light – monthly

• eInvoice Pro – monthly

Tecta sends up to 50 invoices per month, thus the person responsible chooses the package eInvoice Light. The person responsible can order the subscription package on the PANTHEON Usersite under EServices. This activates the service selected.

2. Registering at the bizBox platform

Once the selected subscription package for eInvoice has been successfully activated (the day after receipt of the signed contract for the monthly eInvoice subscription package or after payment of the preliminary invoice for the pre-paid subscription package), the person responsible can register with bizBox.

On the bizBox login website, the person responsible first registers the representative and the company, and adds any authorized persons. After all the necessary information has been entered, the person responsible sends the signed form to: prodaja@zzi.si.

WARNING For the eInvoice functionality to work properly after the activation of the subscription package and registration on bizBox, you need to define its settings in PANTHEON.
