
Register settings

Register settings tab offers settings to each standardized field a lookup list (lt - lookup type) to search or display additional fields. You can add to an individual lookup field an SQL or Select Query to search and define names to columns in the lookup table or list.
The form can be accessed as sub-tab on Personal settings tab, by clicking the individual user on the Users panel in Administration Panel.

The following can optionally be set for each user:
- Register Settings
- Custom Item Search: by ID, name as well as custom search of items
- Miscellaneous: searching for and displaying subject IDs
Register Settings
You can set to each standardized field a lookup list (lt - lookuptype) to search or display additional fields. You can add to an individual lookup field an SQL or Select Query to search and define names to columns in the lookup table or list.

Miscellaneous
Here you can set user settings for searching by subject IDs. They are, however, set at company menu option of program parameters.
Apart from this you can also set default text to be display in e-mail message sent by the user (see Form Used for Sending by e-Mail). With a double click in text field, a text editor form is opened where text can be edited similar as in Word.
Set the interval for checking tasks as well as an option for displaying unread tasks at startup. Tasks settings can be applied on a user level by checking parameter "Use User Settings" or on a program level if parameter is unchecked. Setting Tasks on a program level.
The level of Superior supervision can be set for all of the options under Superiors and Employees whom He or She is Superior. The level is visible and can be set only if an option is enabled.

Warning
The most easy way to edit settings for searching items is by clicking the Import button causing import of the default settings from the parameters which can then be modifid to meet the specific user requirements! When clicking this button imports ALL parameters!
