408 - Resource Maintanance
The 408 – Resource Maintenance report shows all the resources and data about maintenance of resources, according to the parameters from Resources Report form.
You can open the report by selecting 408 – Resource Maintenance from Resources Report form, which can be opened by clicking on the 
(Reports) button in the toolbox of the Resources register.
Below is a description of the report’s features.
This section contains the info about the report.

Company
|
Displays the info about the company report is generated for.
|

User
|
Displays the user that generated the report.
|
|
Report Generated
|
Displays the time of the report generation.
|
|
Resource
|
Displays the ID of the resource if it was selected in the Criteria section of the Resources Report form.
|
|
Parent Resource
|
Displays the ID of the parent resource if it was selected in the Criteria section of the Resources Report form.
|
|
Regulation
|
Displays the ID of the regulation if it was selected in the Criteria section of the Resources Report form.
|
|
Salary Grade
|
Displays the ID of the salary grade if it was selected in the Criteria section of the Resources Report form.
|
|
Department
|
Displays the ID of the department if it was selected in the Criteria section of the Resources Report form.
|
|
Cost Center
|
Displays the ID of the cost center if it was selected in the Criteria section of the Resources Report form.
|
|
Show resources
|
Displays the info which resources are shown.
|
|
Work
|
Displays if work resources are shown.
|
|
Cumulative
|
Displays if cumulative resources are shown.
|
|
External
|
Displays if external resources are shown.
|
This section contains the list of resources and their maintenance data according to criteria selected in the Resources Report form.

ID
|
Displays the ID of the resource.
|
|
Name
|
Displays the name of the resource.
|
|
Parent
|
Displays the parent of the resource.
|
|
Servicing interval
|
Displays the servicing interval as it is set in Maintenance tab of the Resources register.
|
|
Done Qty since last service
|
Displays the quantity of pieces produced or working hours since the last reported service.
|
|
Qty till next service
|
Displays the quantity of pieces produced or working hours until the next planned service.
