40B - Resource Mainenance Detail
The 40B – Resource Maintenance - Detail report shows all the resources and detailed data about maintenance of resources, according to the parameters from Resources Report form.
You can open the report by selecting 40B – Resource Maintenance - Detail from Resources Report form, which can be opened by clicking on the 
(Reports) button in the toolbox of the Resources register.

This section contains the info about the report.

Displays the info about the company report is generated for.

Displays the user that generated the report.

Report Generated
|
Displays the time of the report generation.
|

Resource
|
Displays the ID of the resource if it was selected in the Criteria section of the Resources Report form.

Parent Resource
|
Displays the ID of the parent resource if it was selected in the Criteria section of the Resources Report form.
|
|
Regulation
|
Displays the ID of the regulation if it was selected in the Criteria section of the Resources Report form.
|
|
Salary Grade
|
Displays the ID of the salary grade if it was selected in the Criteria section of the Resources Report form.

Department
|
Displays the ID of the department if it was selected in the Criteria section of the Resources Report form.
|

Cost Center
|
Displays the ID of the cost center if it was selected in the Criteria section of the Resources Report form.

Displays the type of service done on the resource.

Displays the person responsible for the service.

Displays the number of the document lined to the service.
