Tables

In Tables settings the layout of tables for each room is set:

Room functions

Function	Description
	Room is selected. In case of using more then one room then the desired room is selected.
	In this case option in Document settings is enabled then this button is available. It means an order can be created which is not linked with any table.
	In case there are orders on different tables but we want to create a single invoice out of them. By clickin this button the tables can be selected and when confirming with the OK button the grouped order is opened.
	With this function the Main menu is opened:

Order functions

By clicking on empty (gray colored) table the conneted POSX document opens (POSX or POSX Touch menu) and order can be created in same way as POSX document. By clicking Total the Order is created and table color is yellow.

For viewing or changing existing orders the order (yellow table) is opened and order can be either inspected, realized or changed:

Function	Description
	POSX form or POSX Touch menu form opens for issuing an invoice based on order. Invoice is issued in standard way.
	In this case invoice is printed out directly based on order and settings. Invoice can be seen in Documents overview.
	In case new items are added on already existing order then with this function the POSX (or POSX Touch menu) form is opened where additional items are selected. With the click on button Total the items are added on order.
	With this function one more round with the same existing items and their quantities will be added.
	With clicking on buttons + and - quantities on position rows can be modified. To use this function at least one position row has to be checked.
	The checked item position is deleted. Multiple can be deleted at the same time if checked.
	If item positions are to be removed from one table to another with this function this can be done. Current table is colored green and another table has to be chosen. Item positions are deleted from current table and added on another one.
	With this function the order is assigned to another user. From users table the new user is chosen and table is colored red:
