New Material
The form New material is used to add a material line to the Servicing WO.
The form shows the material line, Item, description of the item, quantity, and measurement of the material quantity.
After entering data, the additional material is confirmed. Upon confirmation, the new material line is added to the works BOM, and it’s immediately visible in PANTHEON.
To open the form, select Servicing WO List from the menu and click one of the Servicing WO cards. Then click the tab Issued materials. In the form click the 
(Add) button, and form New material will show up.
Below is a description of the form’s features:
In the material line, we see the position that new material will have in our work BOM.
With a click on the Item field, a drop-down menu with material Items. New material can be added by choosing a material Item in the drop-down menu or it can be inserted on the empty field above a drop-down menu.
On the right side of the Item is the description field. This can’t be edited and changed depending on the Item selected. It is a description of the item if it was added to the Items register.
In the quantity section, we select how much of the new material we need to add to the Servicing WO.
The measurement of quantity can’t be edited. It’s automatically filled up depending on the material Item.
The bottom left part of the form shows the two buttons, the first one is the Cancel button. By clicking it doesn’t save the entered data in the form, and returns to the Issued materials.
The bottom left part of the form shows the two buttons, the second one is the Add button. By clicking it saves the entered data in the form and returns to the Issued materials with a refreshed list of material cards.
