Evaluation

 

Evaluation in the Personnel Granule show evaluation records of the employee.

WARNING
  • By default, Granules only show the data of the logged-in user. The display of data can be changed any time in authorizations.
  • Ganules specific logo and name in the main menu is visible if user has one Granule assigned to him.  In case of several assignes Granules to the user the main menu shows geneal Granules logo:

Below is a description of the form’s features:

  3. Evaluation list

1. Filters

You can search evaluation by:

Period from 

Select start date of period for evaluation. Defalut all employee evaluations are show.
Period to Select end date of period for evaluation. Defalut all employee evaluations are show.

2. Header

In the header, you can see next Evaluation data:

Period of evaluation.

Evaluation periodicals.

Name of Superior/Evaluator.

Evaluation destription.
Evaluation status:
  • In progress - status is added as soon as the evaluation is starts
  • Evaluated - when evaluation is completed and ready for the payroll calculation.
Evaluation points/percenage of rating.

 

3. Evaluation list

It is a table with data about the Evaluations, which can be interpreted in the below described fields:

Name

Name of evaluation.

Grade

Grade received for the evaluation.

Weight

Weight of evaluation.
Points/Percentage Points/percentage received for the evaluation.

Note

Note on evaluation.
Note from evaluator  Note on evaluation from evaluator.
Evaluator Name of the evaluator.
