Overview of supplier stock and prices

The module Stock overview in the Granule B2B orders allows customers to check supplier corrent stock and prices, before submitting an order.

This chapter provides a simple example of how to check the issued invoices using the Granule B2B orders.

CASE SUMMARY The customer Betty Umbra from Umbra, sole proprietor, wants to subbmit new offer. Before creating new offer she would like to check supplier current prices and stock. This is done as follows: Opening the module Stock overview Selecting the criteria for displaying the relevant items Checking items prices and quantity

1. Opening the module Stock overview

The ovreview can be accessed in the module Stock overview.

After logging in to PANTHEON Web, the person responsible selects the module Stock overview from the main menu.

This opens a list of supplier current stock.

Then, the person responsible selects the criteria for displaying the relevant items.

2. Selecting the criteria for displaying the relevant items

The person responsible wants to view current stock and price for item INDIAN1

In the field Item she types Indian and selects the item INDIAN1 from dropdown menu.

List is filtered by selected item.

3. Checking items prices and stock

On the list she checks current stock and price for item INDIAN1.

Now that she knows the current price and that the supplier has a big enough stock, she create Sales offer.
