PANTHEON Cloud – additional technical requirements
With Cloud, it is important to have the highest possible upload speed; recommendeed ADSL 10M/2M (this is 2M of upload). Symmetrical connections are best, where the download and upload speeds are the same.

Windows XP operation system is not supported on SQL 2014 or newer. If the mentioned operation system is used with the 2014 SQL server version or newer, SQL 2005 Native Client (sqlncli.msi) must be installed on Windows XP first. Link: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=24793

Even when SQL Native Client 2005 is installed, certain features within PANTHEON may not work. It is therefore recommended that the Windows XP operation system is upgraded to the latest operation system version.
