Create Tool Change WO
The Create Tool Change WO form allows you to create a work order for tool change on a resource
This form allows you to create special work order to track tool or manufacturing line changes on resources that take a lot of time. This allows you to efficiently plan and record work done for tool changes in manufacturing process.

Warning
Create Service WO form can only create work orders with the WO document type that has Tool Change selected as the Production Type.

The form contains these functionalities:

Tool Change
|
Select a compound service for the tool change from the Items register.
|
|
Resource
|
Select a resource from the Resources register, on which the tool change will be executed.
|
|
Document Type
|
Select a Work order document type. Only document types that have Tool Change set as the Production Type, can be selected.

|
Work Order
|
Select a Work Order, during which the tool change will take place.
|
|
Operation
|
Select the operation, during which the tool change will take place. Only operation lines from the work order document set in the Work Order field can be selected.

WO Date
|
Enter the date of the created tool change work order. Current date is set by default.
|
|
Priority
|
Select the priority of the work order. There are three options:

1 - High Priority

5 - Normal Priority

10 - Low Priority

Start Date
|
Select the start time for the tool change.
|

End Date
|
Select the end time for the tool change.
|
|
Department
|
Select the Department linked to the work order.
|

Cost. ctr.
|
Select the Cost Center linked to the work order.

Note
|
Enter a note for the work order.
|
|
Assembly Operation
|
Select an operation for tool assembly.
|
|
Tool Assembly
|
Select a tool that will be assembled on the resource from the Tools register.

Disassembly Operation
|
Select an operation for tool disassembly.
|
|
Tool Disassembly
|
Select a tool that will be disassembled on the resource from the Tools register.

Show Log
|
If selected, the log will we displayed after work order is created.
|

Create
|
By clicking this button, a work orders is created according to criteria on the form.
